At Threadu, every item is printed to order and shipped from the location closest to you whenever possible. This helps us reduce shipping times and keep delivery costs fair.

Where We Ship From

Depending on your delivery address, your order will be shipped from one of the following locations:

• United States: Buffalo, New York (via USPS First Class Mail)
• Canada: Toronto, Ontario (via Canada Post Expedited Parcel)
• Europe: Shipped locally within the EU (via Spring GDS)
• Other International Destinations: Shipped from the nearest available facility

Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process, print, and package your items before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, postal service backlogs, or seasonal disruptions (especially November–December).

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided for all US and Canadian orders. You will receive an email with your tracking details 24 to 48 hours after your order ships.

To check your tracking status:

• Refer to your shipping confirmation email
• Visit the carrier website linked in the email (e.g., USPS, Canada Post)

Tracking for international shipments may vary depending on the destination and the local carrier's capabilities.

Additional Notes

• Fast-Track Shipping is available at checkout for US and Canadian orders for an additional fee.
• We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals unless the product is also defective.
• Customers outside the US may be responsible for local customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in our prices and must be paid separately to your local authorities.
