Refund Policy
At Threadu, every item is made-to-order using industry-leading Direct to Garment (DTG) technology. This allows us to offer a wide range of styles, sizes, and designs without holding excess inventory.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-defective items, including cases of:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Sizing errors made during checkout
- Late deliveries caused by courier delays
We strongly encourage you to double-check your order details, including size and colour, before completing your purchase.
Returns for Defective Items
We will accept returns or offer a replacement only for items that arrive with a manufacturing defect. These include:
- Rips, holes, or tearing
- Incorrect item, size, or style shipped
- Severe colour or print application errors
- Product significantly different from what was ordered
To report a defective item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at threaduteam@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect
We will review your claim and respond within 2 working days. If approved, we will offer a free replacement or issue a refund.
Important Notes
- All items are printed using the colours shown at checkout. If you order a shirt colour that does not contrast with the design (e.g. white text on a white shirt), this is not considered a defect and will not be refunded.
- Slight variations between product photos and printed items are normal due to the nature of DTG printing. These are not classified as defects.
- We cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. Delays caused by postal services or customs clearance are not eligible for refunds, except in extreme, documented cases.
- Customised items (such as special colour or size requests) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
International Orders
Customers outside the United States (including the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia) are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are not covered by Threadu and are not grounds for return or refund if refused upon delivery.
